Hi! I’m Kerry – the face behind the flowers at My Sweet Pea.

I’ve always been obsessed with flowers and plants growing up in the British countryside and spending summers gardening with my Mum. My career sent me in lots of directions, from hairdressing to youth work and then as an EA supporting top dog CEOs, but one thing that has been consistent is that I love to make people feel good and put smiles on faces!

After 10 years of living in Australia, I finally followed my passion in 2021 and ditched corporate life to train at one of the top floristry schools in Sydney and My Sweet Pea was born! Surrounded by all the wonderful native Australian flowers and a growing season that goes all year round, I was literally in flower heaven.

In 2023 I decided to make the move back to my roots in the UK. Now living in the lush East Sussex countryside with my husband and naughty Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy, Henry! I have rekindled my love for the changing seasons here and the beautiful flowers that Britain has to offer. I’ve also started to grow my own cut flowers and veggies in the garden!

My love and passion for flowers gets stronger every season and making people feel joy with flowers for all occasions gives me purpose.

My mission is to create every design thoughtfully and with love, and always be respectful to the environment.
